Flat Rate pricing cannot be reduced or bypassed by booking the same work under hourly pricing.

Why?
Simply put, not all work is the same.

For Example: You might hire us at our hourly rate to hunt down a mysterious electrical flicker in your walls (a "discovery" task). You cannot then ask us to install a new circuit panel (a "Standard Task") using that same hourly rate. Tracking a flicker is a variable effort; installing a panel is a high-skill, high-liability outcome that carries a set value regardless of how fast our pros can move. Different types of work require different levels of skill to complete - and they are priced accordingly.​​​​​​​​​

Your total cost will include:

• Labor (task-based or hourly)
